Swap Spark creates AI-generated images by swapping faces into photos and templates. To keep it safe and respectful, these rules apply to everything you upload and create.
1. What is not allowed
- Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content, including lingerie, underwear or swimwear photos.
- Any photo of a minor (anyone under 18).
- Photos of people who have not agreed, including celebrities and public figures, or anyone you do not have permission to use.
- Impersonation, deception, fraud or misinformation, including fake evidence or images presented as real.
- Harassment, bullying, hate, violence, self-harm or illegal content.
2. How we enforce it
- Every upload is screened automatically before processing, and every result is screened again; prohibited content is blocked.
- Templates offered in the app are curated and checked before they are published.
- Results are AI-generated, not real photos. Free results carry a "Made with Swap Spark" watermark.
3. Reporting
Use the flag (Report) button on any result, or email aiphotocraft@gmail.com. Reported results are hidden on your device immediately and reviewed by our team; content that breaks these rules is removed.
4. Consequences
Breaking these rules may lead to blocked requests and loss of access to the service. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.
5. Your photos
Photos are used only to create your image and are deleted after processing; results are stored temporarily and deleted automatically. Details are in our Privacy Policy at aiphotocraft.com/swap-spark-policy.
